Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 10am.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

On arrival guests are required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation to the value of $200.00 to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available a $200.00 cash deposit will be required. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity.  Guests must be over the age of 18.

A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. Any personal information contained on the collected ID will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

After hours check-in is available via the night phone and safe at Front of Building. – prior arrangements to be made with Surfers Beachside.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check-out is subject to availability – please check at reception the day prior to departure

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

At time of booking, a deposit is required of $200 to secure room

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception hours are:

8:30am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday and

8:30am – 1.00pm Saturday

8.30am – 1.00pm Sunday & Public Holidays

Christmas Day -CLOSED

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

We do have a full tour desk at reception in which we can book all theme park tickets and tours

Wifi access is available in all rooms.

Facilities include outdoor pool, spa, sauna, half size tennis court, 2 BBQ’s

Complimentary Undercover security parking is available

Q: Is all linen provided?

All towels and linen is provided

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Apartments are serviced every 7 days

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes, the pool is heated during Winter

General information about our location.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

We are a short 7 minute walk to Cavil Ave. Broadbeach is located nearby, access by tram

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Shops and restaurants are located along the main road and Cavil Ave is just a 7 minute walk.  Northcliffe Surf Club opposite.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Local buses and trams run frequently.  The Tram stop is on the Corner of Vista Street – Northcliffe Station

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Local attractions include shops, Ripley’s Believe It, Infinity, clubs, restaurants, Sky Point Observation Deck.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Local supermarket is located on Cavil Ave and a convenience store just around the corner.
